"Throw away your apron and say goodbye to messy baking! This rubber-like baking/freezing mat is a pan liner with ultimate nonstick properties that are suitable for sugar, chocolate, viennoiserie and confectioner work, as well as cookies and cakes. It is thermal shock-resistant from -40 to +580 degrees F.

Reusable up to 3,000 times. No greasing or special maintenance is necessary. Clean with a sponge under warm tap water.

Do not use on open flame. The baking mat has a special silicone finish on one side only and therefore does not adhere to a working surface. The baking mat can also be placed directly on an oven rack or cooling rack.

Made of food grade woven silicone. Roll the mat for storage. Measures 16-3/8"" x 11-5/8"".
